Mr. Subash Poudel is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in financial advisory, corporate governance, and investment management. He has been actively engaged in audit, assurance, and strategic financial consulting across diverse sectors.

He serves in board and leadership roles with a strong focus on the hydropower sector, contributing to project financing, financial oversight, and governance of energy development projects. Currently he is working as Chairman of Ganesh Himal Hydropower Ltd, a subsidiary company of Ankhukhola 1 Hydropower Project and his experience also includes investment strategy, private equity, and venture capital initiatives.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Poudel contributes to Chartered Accountancy education and is actively involved in community leadership, promoting social and environmental initiatives.

His core expertise includes financial modeling, valuation, regulatory compliance, investment structuring, and corporate governance. With a strong understanding of Nepal’s financial and capital markets, he brings strategic insight and leadership to support sustainable infrastructure development.
